"Hartz"

If you've ever thought you heard the sound of a dog barking somewhere in the background on WCJW,
you weren't hearing things!
Hartz is the big overgrown puppy that lives at the "CJ" studios.  He is a faithful friend to all, and is excellent at announcing the arrival of visitors.


He knows he's overweight...but likes to think of himself as, "Big Boned"
