Bob Luckey

In 2010, Bob Luckey marks 20 years being based in
Buffalo as the western New York correspondent for
Hometown News.  Over the years, the Rochester native
has worked as a pesonality and news reporter on
several stations throughout western New York and the
Finger Lakes region, and has covered stories as diverse
as Native American tax and gaming issues, border and
homeland security, and diocesan issues.  Bob has also
provided headline coverage of selected news items from
the Lackawanna Six case in 2002 to the tragedy of
Continental Connection Flight 3407 in 2009.  Bob is a
1978 graduate of Penfield High School, a 1982 graduate
of St. John Fisher College, and is the voice-over
announcing the "9 AM Open Mike" public affairs show
on WSPQ Radio, Springville, NY.
